Ralph T. Wakerly
Mr. Wakerly is President of Wakerly Partners Inc., a consulting and education firm that improves healthcare product and service companies’ performance. Wakerly Partners provides industry intelligence, strategy, education and sales effectiveness services to select clients. He has over 25 years experience in healthcare, information technology, strategy, sales and marketing. His efforts have resulted in successful product/service launches, and increased sales, market share and brand recognition for companies that serve the healthcare industry.
He co-founded C-Suite Resources, a healthcare executive advisory, education and market intelligence firm. Mr. Wakerly served as a National Practice Director and later as Vice President of Marketing at First Consulting Group. He is known for his pioneering work in Community Health Information Networks, the forerunner to today’s Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). He has performed high impact consulting engagements for dozens of firms including GE Healthcare, IBM Healthlink, CDW Healthcare, NextGen Healthcare, HIMSS, the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council, HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and the Scottsdale Institute. Mr. Wakerly serves on the board of the Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation and the University of Illinois’ Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Elmhurst College School for Advanced Learning. Mr. Wakerly holds a B.S. in General Engineering and MBA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Michael J. Mytych
Mr. Mytych has over 26 years experience in healthcare information systems, including extensive hospital and physician based clinical information systems consulting. Mr. Mytych has performed numerous consulting projects ranging from vendor evaluation and strategic systems planning for health systems, to sales, marketing, product strategy and competitive analysis for healthcare information systems vendors. He has in-depth knowledge of more than 25 leading health information systems vendors serving health delivery systems, physician groups and RHIOs.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Mytych was Vice President of Sales, West for the Physician Systems division at Baxter. He has also worked extensively with the Investment Banking Community to assist in performing due diligence, sales and product evaluations, strategy validation and other activities for merger and acquisition transactions. Mike is also a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in the Health Care Informatics Masters Program. He holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from Marquette University, Milwaukee.
