C-Suite Focus Groups

This module provides access to typically four to six C-Suite executives (CEO, COO, CIO, CMIO, etc.) for an open forum discussion with attendees. Topics are determined in advance, based on the client’s desires.

A typical session would begin with the C-Suite executives providing overviews of their organizations, roles and direction. Sample discussion topics include key issues and challenges, views of the client’s product/service category, buying processes and motives, healthcare organizational dynamics, approaching and selling C-Suite executives, and views of vendors.

The session provides an opportunity for sales, marketing, strategy leaders and others to have high quality, in-depth interactions with C-Suite executives to better understand their thinking. The session is professionally facilitated and promotes significant interaction between attendees and the C-Suite executives.
